Balance on Paper combines yoga and guided journaling to help you create a vision that feels true, sustainable, and yours.
A pause. A reset. A conscious beginning.
Through gentle yoga, mindful breathing, and guided journaling, you’ll create space to listen inward — away from noise, pressure, and expectations. This is not about resolutions you have to keep. It’s about intentions you want to live.

Journaling: Turning Insight into Intention
The journaling part is guided and accessible to everyone, no experience needed.
You’ll use writing as a tool to listen inward, gain clarity, and give words to what truly matters to you.
By writing your intentions down, you create a compass you can return to throughout whenever you want to.
Language for the journaling practice: Writing prompts in English, you can write in English or your first language

Yoga: Grounding the Body, Creating Space
The yoga practice helps you slow down and reconnect with your body after a busy year.
Through gentle movement, breath, and mindful pauses, you’ll:
- Release tension and mental noise
- Create space for clarity and focus
- Feel grounded, stable, and present
- Prepare your body and nervous system for reflection
Yoga becomes the physical foundation helping you let go of what no longer serves you and root yourself in the present moment.
Optional: During the flow, you may choose to use the hammocks for extra support, lightness, and a playful sense of freedom. They can also be used for a deeply relaxing floating Savasana at the end.
🔔 Sound Healing Throughout the Session:
The experience is accompanied by gentle moments of sound healing with Tibetan singing bowls, Koshi chimes, and gong. The sound supports relaxation, emotional release, and nervous system regulation, especially during the final resting phase
Language for the yoga practice: English or German (depending on the group).

- 40 EURO/ person
- Bring a friend: 35 EURO/ person
Remember: Bring only pen and paper, no need to bring a yoga mat.
Cancellation conditions
- More than 5 days before: 95% of the workshop fee will be refunded.
- Less than 5 days before: 80% of the workshop costs will be refunded.
- 3 days before: 50% of the workshop costs will be refunded.
- Less than 3 days before: No refund.
Minimum number of participants 6 persons.
If fewer places are paid for up to 1 day before the course starts, the course will be cancelled. The full course fee will be refunded.
