Freewriting: Develop Personal Writing Rituals and Make Them Stick.
The notebook is ready. And yet the page stays blank.
Many people know the concept of journaling – they’ve bought the perfect notebook, maybe even filled a few pages. And then? At some point it ends up in a drawer. Not because the idea is bad, but because no one showed them how to really get started – and more importantly: how to keep going.
Others already write regularly – but a creeping feeling sets in of always filling the same pages. What’s missing are fresh impulses, new formats, a different perspective on their own practice.
This workshop is for anyone who wants to finally make writing a habit – whether you’re just starting out or looking to rediscover your journaling practice.
This is exactly where this workshop comes in.
A good writing ritual is simple. And that’s precisely why it works.
Together we’ll develop concrete journaling formats that fit effortlessly into everyday life – no pressure, no lengthy preparation. Where there used to be a blank page, a clear structure emerges: short entry points, recurring questions, simple page formats that provide orientation.
Your notebook becomes a place where thoughts don’t get lost – they take shape.
What We’ll Explore Together
Freewriting as a Starting Point Short writing sequences (5–10 minutes) to get thoughts directly onto paper – without censorship, without interruption. The simplest way to get into writing.
Developing Practical Journaling Formats Morning Pages, Daily Check-in, 3 Thoughts of the Day, question pages or weekly review – you’ll try out different formats and find the one that truly fits your everyday life. Even if you already write regularly: you might just discover something here that breathes new life into your practice.
Designing a Personal Ritual You’ll design a clearly structured page in your notebook – as a repeatable ritual you can start using right after the workshop.
